The new Registration & Equipment Depot opened in time for the 2010 Operation: Onlslaught™ event. Players can now register, pick up paintballs & rental equipment along with Cafe' goods all from the same source.

SplatBrothers® is thrilled to host a charity paintball event to benefit the Kasey Kahen Foundation™ and RIR Cares™. Players could play alongside Kasey Kahen or Hermis Sadler on the SplatBrothers® playing fields and raise money for 2 great charitable causes! |

02-15-2010: SplatZilla™ Jr. cleans with his mouth
The New Goggle Cleaning stations are created in the likeness of SplatBrothers® gargantuan gate guardian, SplatZilla™. These stations have appeared in the Staging area and will be placed in the upcoming "Dead Zones" being created in the actual playing fields. |

12-07-2009: The Cafe' Pavillion construction Phase II
The 20' deck extension and new pavillion covering add much need space to the Cafe' area. The SplatBrothers® Staging Area Theme is continued here, as the 'wood and tin' facade covers the entire front and a new privacy fence is added as well. |

11-20-2009: Cover is added to the Diesel
The 2nd of two SplatBrothers® industrial high pressure air compressors receives a new covering. 12 feet tall at the peak and 20 feet wide and deep the new covering also features a 12' wall that helps to lessen the sound footprint of the diesel compressor when running. |

10-15-2009: SplatKong™ Invades SplatBrothers®
The 20 foot tall beast appeared over night as the INVASION™ of the Robots reached its fevered apex. The landscape dominating robot ape stands vigil over the Red insertion gate, matching his brother SplatZilla™ at the Blue Insertion gate. SplatKong™ reaches out at park Guests with his fearsome machine gun arms as the guests insert to the Spools and Slaughter Pen. |

10-03-2009: DEPOT Building Begins
The new SplatBrothers® Paintball & Equipment Depot construction begins, placing all of the equipment rentals and paintball inventory in a seperate building, adjoining the SplatBrothers® Cafe'. The new construction will allow the creation of more room for the Welcome Center Pro-Shop by removing the interior walls and opening up the Welcome Center for more retail space. |

06-25-2009: New Main Gates runway
(or, "Look ma, no hands.")
The famous main gates to the SplatBrothers® playing fields received a much needed addition recently. A new runway pad, allowing the mammoth gate's wheels to travel more smoothly, and making the opening and closing easier.

04-01-2009: New fort for New Castle
A dual entrance fort is built over the moat of the previous Castle, adding a "cool" twist to this multi-shooter forrest fortification. Shooting slots punctuate the sides and ramps allow run-in or run-out action. |

03-28-2009: SplatBrothers® spices up the Village™
The Village™ receives new style wooden bunkers, constructed out of 4" x 12" rough cut lumber. These impressive bunkers replaced many of the previous log-style obstacles as well as being added as new cover. |

03-21-2009: The Obelisk™ Rises
SpearPoint™ Fort is now highlighted by the 25' tall SplatBrothers® Obelisk™. This all metal monument, constructed by Dustin Hayes, is visible from many of the Park's other playing fields, providing a focal point during large-scale battles. |

03-07-2009: Insertion Lights
Each of the 2 main insertion gates receive computer-controlled insertion lights; colored Red & Blue. During Scenarios and Big Games, these insertion lights operate on a precise schedule assuring the insertion windows are exact "opening" and "closing" at the correct time.
The light system and computer control are installed by Trapper Davis and other members of Assault & Battery. |

02-03-2009: SplatZILLA™ lands at SplatBrothers®
The Robot Invasion continues at SplatBrothers® PaintBall Park as SplatZilla™ arrives with a gigantic bang!
The vision of sculptor Dustin Hayes, SplatZilla™ was created with the help of Kyle Hayes and Will Cardin. Taking several weeks to construct and raise, SplatZilla™ towers over the staging area and who knows what thoughts lurk behind his steel visage?
SplatZilla™ is almost 3 stories tall and comes equipped with some very special features! |

12-14-2008: SplatBrothers® Annual Charity Event
Santa vs Grinch 14th Annual Game to benefit the children of Prince George County with the help of Prince George Elf Helpers. Each year, players that attend this event provide Christmas joy to hundreds of children through the donation of toys. The event features games that cover the entire park with the theme of Santa and his elves against the Grinch and his minions. |

11-28-2008: SplatBot™ Arrives
From his humble beginnings as a pile of out-of-date steel CO2 tanks, SplatBot™ has grown with a welded skeletal frame, a Harley Davidson® motorcycle fuel tank as part of his body, and his ultimate weapon made from spare steel parts found in the Park.
SplatBrothers® PaintBall Park thanks certified welder, Dustin Hayes and his brother Kyle for their roles as SplatBot's™ "fathers."

SplatBrothers® PaintBall Park proudly begins hosting the comics and artwork of "Paintball's Favorite Artist" - Ronn Stern on the SplatBrothers® website. Ronn's comics and artwork have been published in hundreds of magazines, periodicals, event brochures, product placement, websites, newspaper, and on television. |

6-11-2008: BREAKOUTS™ Launcher
Safety Training
SplatBrothers® PaintBall
Park's Referee Team undergoes new and extensive training on
the safety and performance of paintball launchers, including
self-made and patent pending manufactured models of hand held
launchers, air cannons, and mortars.
Al Downs, of the Herbert Lee Insurance Agency,
was on hand donating his time to help train the Referee Team.
The training prgram was based on the new SplatBrothers®
PaintBall Park's Safety Guidelines & Rules found in the
SplatBrothers® modified
GSRP. |

5-20-2008: 3rd Bauer®
Pit Boss™ added
SplatBrothers® PaintBall
Park adds a third Pit Boss™ to the air fill stations
currently used to supply players with compressed air at the
2 compressor stations. The Bauer™ company manufactures
the world's best known compressors and high pressure air accessories,
and the Pit Boss™ is the top-of-the-line Bauer®
air fill station. Anti-blow back whips, press button filling,
and reliable regulation makes the Pit Boss™ a player
favorite. |

4-18-2008: Chrono
Hot Boxes™
The most recent addition to the SplatBrothers®
PaintBall Park; the Chrono Hot
Boxes™ serve as another standard of safety, monitoring
the chronograph speed of each player's marker entering the
playing field for our all-park events.
Built from pressure treated lumber, these
"ammo crates" are "stacked" at each insertion
gate, allowing the players to fire into the box and over a
radar chronograph to test their marker's speed. The Chrono
Hot Boxes™ are 8 feet long and almost 6 feet tall. Paintballs
are caught inside the box by a netting system and the paintballs
are deposited into special containers in the bottom. |

SplatBrothers®
Kong-style Gates
The main gates at the playing fields entrance are raised,
thanks in part, to help from Team Mosby's Raiders and Assault
& Battery. The new main gates stand 16 feet tall and are
24 feet wide. The gigantic gates swing open on 10 hinges and
6 wheels, and provide two 4 feet viewing ports for guests
to observe the exciting action in SplatBrothers®
Village playing field.
The final phases of the POW Tower are finished by A&B,
creating a more intense fight to free the "prisoner." |

3-16-2008:Team Assault
& Battery Building Day
The construction of the mammoth stockade "King Kong"
gates at the main playing fields begin.
The P.O.W. field sees the addition of a key "three-way"
bunker and the final 2 story Guard Tower begins construction.
A second Point Of Sale station is added in the Welcome Center
to ease the wait in lines for guests.
Two larger Command Posts are added to the park. These new
Command Posts provide complete protection for the Player Command
Staff during the SplatBrothers® all-park events.
The long awaited ambient lighting system installation begins,
with the first 50 lights added in the playing areas of the
park. |

12-28-2007: BREAKOUTS™
Referee Certification
SplatBrothers® PaintBall Park launches the
inaugural session of BREAKOUTS™,
the new Referee Team Orientation and Training Program. Designed
to provide the SplatBrothers® Referee Team
with Guest relation cues, the utmost in game knowledge, and
an intimate knowledge of the sport and the SplatBrothers®
Park itself. The first of 3
BREAKOUTS sessions that all SplatBrothers®
Referee Team members must complete. |

12-1-2007: The 21st
Century rolls on
SplatBrothers® PaintBall Park moves to an
"all-compressed-air" air service for the Park. CO2,
a dirty, unstable, and weather sensitive air delivery system
has been completely replaced with SplatBrothers®
compressed air system. The cleaner, more reliable delivery
system is much less sensitive to weather and is better for
paintball markers. Any player still using CO2 can
rent a SplatBrothers® compressed air tank for
use in the park.
SplatBrothers® also provides 2 separate high
pressure air compressor systems and air filling stations for
all large events. |
